You need the ability to push through days when things are not going as planned.
What are the toughest challenges you’ve had at work? The biggest wins?
The biggest challenge is understanding our clients’ project roadmaps and operating around any of their tight budgets.
The biggest win is helping clients achieve their goals through AEG’s staffing services.
What’s a unique trait or something that differentiates you from others in your position?
I’m genuine and authentic! I also try to be available when called upon outside of working hours.
What’s the biggest benefit to partnering with a staffing firm in a job search/search for talent?
Businesses gain the ability to quickly ramp up and scale a team of professionals. AEG also consistently places those hard-to-find SMEs that end up saving the project!
If you could give one piece of advice to a candidate/client, what would it be?
Open communication is key—and creating a two-way street.
What’s your favorite thing to do in St. Louis?
I love watching my son play ice hockey!
