SIA Names AEG a 2023 Diversity-Owned Staffing Firm
Staffing Industry Analyst recognized AEG as a leading minority-owned business in the staffing industry! It’s a true honor to be acknowledged for our efforts in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within staffing and our St. Louis community. We’re so grateful to our clients, candidates, and the entire AEG team for their trust, partnership, and contributions to our growth.
Supporting Brace for IMPACT 46
We were proud sponsors of the Brace for IMPACT 46 Invitational, supporting an organization that strives to positively IMPACT children and families in Haiti and North St. Louis. Former MLB pitcher and World Series Champion Kyle McClellan founded Brace for IMPACT 46 in 2014 after he and his wife, Bridget, took a life-changing mission trip to Haiti.
Through partnerships and mission trips, Brace for IMPACT 46 supports the IDADEE Children’s Home and sustains community development in Haiti. In St. Louis, Brace for IMPACT 46 partners with local corporations like AEG to develop community through youth in the inner city.
A Day With St. Louis Area Foodbank
Our team had an incredible opportunity to volunteer at the St. Louis Area Foodbank, an organization dedicated to ensuring access to essential food and resources for people to thrive.
The overarching goal of the Foodbank is not only to increase access to nutritious food, but also to enhance the quality of life for those in need. By contributing our efforts, we were able to provide sustenance that could feed a person for 12 years!
It was amazing to see firsthand the positive impact the Foodbank has made in St. Louis and beyond. We were honored to serve!
Our Latest DE&I Efforts
Emille Koebbe, our Diversity Ambassador, continues to pave the way for AEG to make a positive impact on St. Louis through our dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
To celebrate and honor Pride Month, Emille presented to the AEG team steps we can take to foster an open and inclusive environment through our recruitment process and in our workplace. In addition, Emille has had amazing opportunities to partner with various community organizations like the International Mentoring Program, Immigrant Professional Women’s Network, STL Rethinks Talent, and the DE&I Conference organized by the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

An Exciting New Business Partnership
We’ve hit the ground running with our latest partnership with Bayer, and we’re so grateful to have already placed numerous highly talented individuals in various roles and verticals. A major factor in our success with Bayer was the addition of our Senior Enterprise Account Manager, Derek Moore.
Derek’s main responsibility is to provide our recruiters with the information and resources needed to introduce top talent to Bayer who fit their job requirements. At the same time, the AEG team works hard to grow and sustain relationships with Bayer in order to continue providing them with a superior staffing experience.
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work
AEG understands the importance of not only giving back to the community, but also rewarding our employees for their hard work. Everyone deserves a work environment that’s fun, healthy, and fulfilling.
This May, AEG set a new company record, and we had a great time celebrating together at the St. Louis Cardinals’ game!
We also enjoyed participating in the BizDash 5K in downtown St. Louis to promote health and wellness in the workplace, while giving our team time to connect and have fun outside of the office.
