Schnucks and AEG—Better Together!
We’re partnering with Schnucks! We’re thrilled to work alongside a fellow St. Louis company to nourish our community and advance the local tech workforce. In alignment with our own company values, Schnucks is dedicated to partnering with organizations that focus on job readiness and training, increasing access to education, growing the diversity of St. Louis’ workforce, and providing second chance job opportunities. Building a Stronger World of Work
What we most proud to announce the launch of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Program. Emille Koebbe, our Diversity Ambassador and Recruiter extraordinaire, will spearhead this initiative. To Emille, diversity, equity, and inclusion means being proud of who you are and where you come from. As an immigrant Latina woman in the US workforce, Emille’s mission is to promote, implement, and improve our DE&I commitment among our internal team and the St. Louis community.
Emille had the privilege of attending two exceptional events this quarter. The first was the Immigrant Professional Women’s Network inaugural event, where attendees from 10 different countries discussed challenges they face in the workforce.
The second was the DE&I Conference organized by the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Emille learned from talented HR professionals about various dimensions of diversity and heard inspiring speeches from community leaders. Check out the highlights here!

Spreading the AEG Love
The AEG team has been networking across St. Louis, spreading the word about how we connect candidates to worldclass companies like Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Mastercard, and more. We showed our AEG pride at the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, and we can’t wait for our team to participate in the BizDash 5K again this year. We’ll join other St. Louis teams to celebrate our community, build camaraderie, and promote a healthy, active lifestyle.
We love being a part of and giving back to our St. Louis home, and we look forward increasing our presence in our community through the upcoming summer months!
