If the first half of 2025 involved thriving despite a challenging market, the back half was all about building on that momentum. After a record-setting start to the year, we focused on the work that matters most: helping clients hire faster, helping candidates land the right roles, and giving back to our community.

75% Revenue Growth Compared to Last Year
AEG closed out the year with a 75% increase in revenue compared to last year. That growth is a direct result of strong partnerships, consistent delivery, and the trust our clients and candidates continue to place in us.
As we scale, we are reinvesting in our people, our processes, and the relationships that drive long-term success. Growth matters, especially when it strengthens our ability to support the markets we serve.
Highest Number of New Contractor Starts in One Month
October marked the highest number of new contractor starts in AEG history. This milestone reflects more than just volume. It’s a clear signal of sustained demand, repeat business, and the confidence clients have in our ability to deliver qualified talent when timing and accuracy matter most.
2025 Rockstar and GSD Award Recipient: Emille
Emille Koebbe earned both the 2025 Rockstar and GSD Awards for her standout performance and consistent production throughout the year. Her success is rooted in how she approaches the work: building trust with consultants, asking the right questions, and taking the time to truly understand both client needs and candidate goals.

First Hire at Another Global Enterprise Client
AEG recently completed its first placement with another global enterprise client, marking an important expansion of our footprint. These initial engagements are often the most critical, setting expectations for delivery, communication, and long-term partnership.
This milestone reinforces our ability to support organizations of all sizes, from targeted project-based needs to enterprise scale programs.
AEG Welcomes Four New Hires

This year, the St. Louis Business Journal ranked AEG as the fifth fastest growing private company in the region. While we measure success internally by outcomes and impact, this recognition highlights the consistency and momentum the team has built in a competitive market.

These events provided valuable opportunities to reconnect with long-standing partners, meet new leaders shaping the future of energy and staffing, and exchange perspectives on where the market is headed.
Giving Back Through Performance
At AEG, we believe success should extend beyond business results. That is why top performers are given the opportunity to direct a charitable donation in their name.
In the second half of the year, Emille chose to donate to Forai, an organization that empowers refugee and immigrant women through flexible, skill-based work and community support. It was a meaningful way to translate individual achievement into community impact.
