AEG Scoop: 6 Month Recap
We have grown and developed exponentially over the last six months, and we would like to take this opportunity to share with you where we are as a team and the direction that we are heading.
Three new employees have joined our team: Alison and Rachel in recruiting, and Matt in Sales. We have also introduced a summer internship program in partnership with St. Louis Scott Gallagher Soccer Club and The Youth Hockey community. Within those partnerships we found our 2022 summer interns, Emily and Cole!
That’s not it…
We were added as a vendor to a global enterprise company in the financial industry, implemented a new ATS system, and June capped off the best month at AEG since 2007, culminating in over 50% growth in the first half of the year.
We have enjoyed becoming a close-knit team and celebrating our accomplishments. We also come together to support charities within our community.
One of our best additions within the first half of the year is our newest member of our Executive team and our Sales Director, Eric Ormson, Eric believes in creating a culture of empowering our employees to use their own unique skillsets to develop meaningful relationships. Our culture has been a huge reason for our recent success.
As a company that was established 30 years ago, we have seen and experienced countless changes in the IT recruiting industry. We have withstood the test of time because of our commitment, values, and enduring relationships with our clients and candidates. We are looking towards the future and are excited to announce the following initiatives for the second half of the year:

- Expanded office space
- Team growth on our sales and recruiting teams
- On pace to have the best year as a company since 2007
