Happy New Year! As we look forward to our future in recruiting the top IT professionals for our growing client base, we would like to take this time to reflect on the 4th quarter of 2022:

• We understand the importance of providing our team with the best physical work environment so that they continue to enjoy coming into the office and to excel in our line of work. Therefore, on October 24 we moved into a radically improved new office space. With more room for collaboration and comradery, and a state-of-the art design, our new office provides inspiration and a welcoming, positive environment for our team and our guests.
• In October we also welcomed Jessica McGuire and Lane Penberthy as our team’s 6th and 7th recruiters. As we grew our team and added new clients in 2022, we were able to achieve a significantly high number of placements of IT professionals for AEG.
• Innovation and continuous learning are critical in our highly competitive field. When COO Chris Rakel and Managing Director Eric Ormson attended TechServe Alliance’s Executive Summit, they used this opportunity to bring back cutting edge ideas and approaches to the rest of the AEG team.
• We rounded out the year with a 2022 Year-In-Review meeting to reflect on our accomplishments and our path towards excellence in 2023. The meeting was capped off by a holiday celebration at Topgolf, where we acknowledged our successes and how grateful we are for each other and AEG.
