I source candidates and communicate with the team to match them to their best position. My role involves carefully evaluating talent and understanding both their technical skills and career aspirations to create meaningful connections with our clients.

I appreciate the culture at AEG and the sense of fulfillment that comes from making a positive impact on others’ lives. Working in an environment where we genuinely care about creating the right matches for both clients and candidates is truly inspiring.

As I continue my Business Administration studies at the University of Missouri—St. Louis, I value how AEG encourages professional development and provides opportunities to build meaningful relationships with clients like Bayer.

Attention to detail! Understanding the nuances of each role and candidate’s experience ensures we create perfect matches that benefit everyone involved. This analytical approach helps me identify opportunities that others might miss.

What’s a unique trait or something that differentiates you from others in your position?

My greatest strength is being a great listener with an analytical mindset. This combination allows me to truly understand what both clients and candidates need, beyond just what’s written in a job description or resume. I can identify subtle connections that create successful long-term placements.

What’s something surprising that people might not know about you?

I’ve actually flown a plane! This experience taught me the importance of attention to detail, careful preparation, and maintaining a calm approach even in challenging situations—skills that translate perfectly to my role as a Technical Sourcer.
