I’ve been learning how to source, what to look for in resumes, and also joining calls involving the candidate submittal process.

Just about a week!
What inspires you most about working on the AEG team?
Experiencing everyone living AEG’s relationships value out loud has been super inspiring. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the impressive level of teamwork in the office. Team members are so friendly to each other and eagerly help one another out.
How does AEG support your career and personal goals?
Team members and executives have been asking me to join calls and shadow them so I gain more day-to-day work experience which will help me in the future.
What’s the #1 quality you feel is important to achieving success in the staffing industry?
From what I’ve seen so far, effective communication seems to be the most important quality to achieving success in the staffing industry.
What’s a unique trait or something that differentiates you from others in your position?
I’m eager to learn everything I can! Any experience in my view is good for my future career.
What’s the biggest benefit to partnering with a staffing firm in a job search/search for talent?
Working with a staffing firm gives you a leg up in the often stressful process of job searching. You have a team by your side to help you prepare for interviews and gain new experiences.
What’s your favorite thing to do in St. Louis?
My favorite thing to do in St. Louis is golf around the city with my friends.
