AEG Named a Major Contender in Everest Group’s 2026 PEAK Matrix® Assessments for IT and Engineering Contingent Talent
We’re proud to share that AEG has been designated a Major Contender in two of Everest Group’s 2026 PEAK Matrix® Assessments: the US IT Contingent Talent and Strategic Solutions PEAK Matrix® Assessment and the US Engineering Contingent Talent and Strategic Solutions PEAK Matrix® Assessment.
Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix® evaluates staffing and contingent talent providers along two dimensions: market impact, which reflects the scale of business and value a provider has created, and vision and capability, which reflects a provider’s ability to deliver services successfully. Based on its position across those dimensions, AEG was placed among Major Contenders in both the IT and Engineering assessments, one of a limited number of providers recognized across both categories.
The dual recognition reflects the breadth of our staffing practice, built on a relationship-first approach that has fueled growth with new and expanding client accounts, a deepening presence in engineering disciplines such as energy, and continued investment in our recruiting and delivery teams.
“Being recognized across both our IT and engineering practices tells us our approach translates across the business, not just in one part of it,” said Chris Rakel, Chief Operating Officer of AEG. “Our teams stay close to clients and candidates so we understand what they actually need, and that focus is what allows us to deliver consistently, no matter which discipline we’re supporting. This recognition is a reflection of that consistency across our business.”
“AEG has been positioned as a Major Contender on both Everest Group’s US IT Contingent Talent and Strategic Solutions PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2026 and Everest Group’s US Engineering Contingent Talent and Strategic Solutions PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2026. This has been driven by its IT and specialized engineering talent capabilities across sectors, including power generation, nuclear, grid modernization, transmission, and data centers. Its AI-enabled technology ecosystem; investments in upskilling and reskilling services through certifications and client-partnered talent development programs; and strong delivery presence in the US strengthens its ability to address IT and engineering talent needs,” said Dileep Amanchi, Practice Director, Everest Group.
