As president, Tania is responsible for overseeing internal operations, maximizing performance, and helping to achieve AEG’s financial goals. Her favorite part of working with the team is the friendly environment and vision alignment in every department. Everyone on the team understands the importance of collaboration and contributes their unique skills to achieve organizational success.

 

Tania’s greatest strength is her ability to lead the company with an optimistic attitude. She believes in the power of positivity and encouraging each team member to be the best they can be. Her goal is to carry the company vision outside St. Louis by expanding services throughout the Midwest region and into the southeastern coast.
