At AEG, Rachel spends her time uncovering the best opportunities for candidates and finding the right candidates for growing organizations. Her usual daily routine includes:
- Reaching out to prospective candidates based on their background and expertise
- Learning about each candidate’s background and goals to spot their ideal fit
- Guiding each candidate through the submittal, interview, and placement processes to make the entire experience as effortless for them as possible
Rachel’s favorite part about working for AEG is making the job search experience exciting for candidates—she knows how stressful looking for a new career can be. She greatly admires her coworkers, and she feels extremely lucky to be part of a team that is passionate about what they do and encourages innovation and learning. Rachel hopes to continue developing in her recruiting role and contributing to AEG’s continued growth, both business and reputation-wise.
She was born and raised on the southeastern coast of Massachusetts, later attending Boston College where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in International Studies. She also brings with her an MBA in General Business Administration and Management from Saint Louis University.
