At AEG, Matt is responsible for business development and fostering strong relationships with our clients. His favorite part of working with AEG is sharing a great vision for the business and being a part of an amazing team. Matt loves bringing value to our organization, clients, and candidates alike by building trusting partnerships and helping people advance their careers.
Matt’s goal is to share the AEG vision with others through prioritizing humility, empathy, and collaboration in his work each day. He believes value-add is measured differently by each person, and it’s his job to find what value he can bring to each of his clients and candidates.
Matt received his bachelor’s degree in fine art from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He has been in sales and leadership for almost 20 years and consultative sales for 10 years. Matt is married to Kasey and together they have 3 children: Matt’s stepson Karson, daughter Esme, and son Roscoe.
