Aileen Phillips

Board Member

Before serving on the AEG board, Aileen was the Director of Corporate Services. With over 24 years of experience in all aspects of the company including sales, employee relations, human resources, and finance, Aileen provides her knowledge, critical thinking, and analysis to increase the confidence of the decision-makers who represent AEG.

Aileen graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a double major in marketing and production management. She began her career with NCR/ATT Corporation, and for over 10 years, she was responsible for selling personal and midrange computers to large retail customers including Walmart. Her dedication and work ethic won her top sales honors 5 times.
