Jason is a Senior Recruiter at AEG, focused on finding, engaging, and connecting high-quality talent with clients who need people they can trust. He plays a direct role in growing AEG’s business by building strong candidate pipelines and delivering consistent results.

 

With more than 20 years of experience across both staffing and corporate recruiting, Jason brings a deep understanding of what makes a successful match on both sides of the table. He is known for his passion for recruiting, his work ethic, and his ability to build genuine relationships. His approach is intentional and straightforward, and he takes pride in operating with integrity in every interaction with clients and candidates.

 

Jason holds a Marketing degree from Georgia State University and began his career after four years at the University of Georgia. Outside of work, he is a proud husband and father. He and his wife Cayden have been married for 21 years and have two children. His son serves in the U.S. Air Force in cybersecurity, and his daughter is a standout high school athlete who holds her school record in the 100m hurdles. His family is his pride and joy.

When you were 5 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A doctor.

What was your first job?

I worked at a local sports store in Georgia when I turned 15 making trophies and uniforms, stringing tennis rackets, and running the store while the owner was out. I made $5/hr.

If you were stranded on a desert island and were allowed three books, what three would you take?

The Bible, a how to survive on a desert island book, an old phonebook for a fire starter.

What’s your favorite piece of technology of all time?

The internet.

If you could pick one celebrity or historical figure to have lunch with, who would it be?

Michael Jordan.
