Ryan is a Senior Account Manager at AEG, where he focuses on the St. Louis market to manage and grow strategic client partnerships, delivering workforce solutions across a wide range of technical roles. With more than 10 years in account and partnership management, and over four of those in staffing and talent solutions, he has built his career bridging the gap between talent and opportunity by deeply understanding client objectives and market dynamics, and driving measurable outcomes for both the organizations and professionals he works with.

 

He’s naturally drawn to people, and transparency is the throughline of how he operates. In an industry where trust can be hard to earn and easy to lose, Ryan prioritizes honest, direct communication, which is why his client relationships tend to last. That same instinct shapes how he thinks about service: creating a seamless line of communication between clients and AEG, and positioning the firm as the go-to source when companies are strategizing their team needs.

 

Ryan’s career began in the cyber security space, where he first built his professional network, before expanding into HR and learning & development and then into a more technical focus on IT and professional staffing. At AEG, his goal is to deepen client trust and grow the St. Louis market, helping position the firm as a true long-term partner across its key accounts. Outside of work, he’s married to his best friend and recently became a girl-dad, which he’s loving every minute of.
