A natural leader and culture builder, Rob has successfully done every role within the staffing industry, giving him a 360-degree perspective that allows him to guide recruiters, clients, and candidates toward their goals with clarity and confidence. He thrives on helping others succeed, developing great people into amazing recruiters, and fostering a culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and energy.
A proud St. Louis native, Rob attended DeSmet and graduated from Saint Louis University before beginning his career in staffing, a field he proudly calls both his first and last job. His goal at AEG is to double and triple the company’s growth by implementing smart processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring that every team member enjoys what they do along the way.
What was your first job?
My first job while in high school was helping my Dad at his construction company (I was not very good) … my “real” first job was an IT Sourcer in 2008.
