Rebeca is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at AEG, where she leads the expansion of high-value client relationships across MSPs and large enterprise accounts. She has built her career in staffing, driving growth through delivery execution and client relationships, and has led large-scale initiatives for enterprise clients, identifying growth opportunities and delivering results along the way.
She’s naturally relationship-driven and curious, which shapes how she approaches her work. In an industry where speed often pushes people toward transactional interactions, Rebeca takes the time to understand what clients actually need and expect, building partnerships designed for long-term value rather than a handful of placements. That same instinct extends to how she thinks about operations: spotting gaps, bringing ideas to the table, and helping teams deliver quality talent within client SLAs as accounts scale.
Rebeca holds a degree in Business Management, though her pull toward people-driven work started even earlier in customer-facing roles across restaurant and retail. At AEG, her goal is to be a driver of growth, strengthening existing partnerships, opening new ones, and helping position the firm as a preferred staffing partner across its key accounts.

I was born in Brazil and my first language was Portuguese! So, I am bilingual in Portuguese and English and am also advanced in Italian and Spanish.
