Before joining AEG, Hadley worked at Direct Biologics in marketing and administrative roles and served as VP of Social Media & Promotions at Skyline Roofing & Solar, where she led campaigns that strengthened brand engagement and awareness. Her goal at AEG is to grow into a full-cycle recruiter role, helping the company scale efficiently while preserving its collaborative culture and high standards.
