Ethan Ormson

Technical Sourcer

 

Ethan is a Technical Sourcer at AEG, where he focuses on identifying and engaging qualified professionals for engineering and information technology roles. He develops targeted sourcing strategies, evaluates candidate experience against position requirements, and conducts personalized outreach to build interest and connect qualified professionals with AEG.

 

Attention to detail, communication, and persistence are central to how Ethan approaches his work. He takes the time to fully understand the ins and outs of each position before beginning a search, allowing him to identify candidates who are genuinely aligned with the opportunity and provide clear, accurate information throughout the process. He values the close-knit, collaborative environment at AEG and enjoys being part of a team that communicates openly and works together toward shared goals.

 

Originally from the St. Louis area, Ethan attended the University of Missouri – Columbia. He grew up playing hockey and remains a big sports fan. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, going to concerts, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
