Q: What is your current role, and place of employment?
A: “System Administrator at Enterprise.”
Q: What made you want to pursue this path?
A: “I’ve always been the person who needs to know how things actually work under the hood as far as technology goes and security is where that curiosity works perfectly.”
Q: What is the most exciting or rewarding project you’ve worked on in your current role?
A: “I love learning how to provision in a new request in the vast amount of different things we do. I feel like it is just another notch on my belt.”
Q: What advice would you give to someone entering this field?
A: “Make sure to get your hands on early and stay curious, but the people who thrive are the ones who keep learning. The field moves fast, so treat that as the fun part, not the pressure.”
Q: What was your experience working with our recruiting team?
A: “Amazing! Any question I had was answered quickly. The AEG team did an amazing job of making me feel like I am apart of an amazing team.”
Q: How did our team prepare you for interviews and success in your current role?
A: “I was given notes and things to prep myself on, and a detailed description of what the job entailed. I also received reassurance that I did not have to be perfect in my interview.”
