With a background in social work, Jessica brings a unique set of skills to her role as a recruiter, including her ability to build relationships and rapport with people of all backgrounds. With a BA in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Miami, and a wealth of experience in helping others, Jessica is poised to make a real difference for AEG and all those she works with.
