At AEG, Catherine specializes in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates for technical roles. She excels at accurately assessing candidate skills, managing the recruitment process, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific needs. Catherine’s favorite aspect of working with the AEG team is the vibrant company culture, where team members genuinely enjoy each other’s company and are committed to helping both professionals and the team succeed.

 

Catherine graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.A. in just 3.5 years. During her time there, she was an active member of the Delta Xi chapter of Delta Delta Delta sorority, serving as philanthropy co-chair for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She was also a member of Lambda Pi Eta (The National Communication Association’s official honor society), the American Sign Language Club, and the Intercollegiate Communication Club.

 

At AEG, Catherine hopes to continue honing her skills helping people and creating genuine connections. She is passionate about making a positive impact in people’s lives by aligning candidates with their ideal roles and ensuring the right fit between talent and company culture in a competitive job market.

When you were 5 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a zookeeper.
