Her favorite part of working with the AEG team is being able to take pride in building client-candidate relationships—she truly enjoys making a positive impact in people’s lives.
Alison graduated from Lindenwood University with a B.A. in Mass Communication and Media Studies. Before coming to AEG, Alison was a Partnerships Account Manager for a software company where she discovered her passion for building relationships. While she enjoyed her role, she wanted to transition to a career that would allow her to utilize those skills on a more personalized level. That’s when she found AEG! Here, Alison hopes to continue building a network of meaningful connections to incorporate more compassionate and driven individuals into the workforce across the nation.
